International cooperation, export and promotion of Polish culture

The goal of Culture Hub Poland is to strengthen the international presence of Polish artists and to foster cross-cultural collaboration and exchange. The program creates realistic conditions for supporting a new generation of talent in building a more sustainable position in international markets, as well as systematically expanding opportunities for the export of Polish culture.
International cooperation, export and promotion of Polish culture

As part of the program, two flagship projects of Culture Hub Poland are being implemented: Music Export Poland and Music Week PolandThey are key tools for strengthening the visibility of Polish creators, building international relationships, and developing the sector's export competencies.

The International Cooperation, Export and Promotion of Polish Culture programme includes activities focused on:

  • building and maintaining international industry relationships,
  • promotion of Polish creators in professional circles,
  • developing export competencies and tools supporting presence on foreign markets,
  • creating a space for artistic and production cooperation in an international formula.

In order to implement the program, Culture Hub Poland undertakes, among others, the following activities:

  • organizing and co-creating international networking platforms and showcases, connecting artists, managers and institutions from Poland and abroad;
  • supporting the mobility and presence of Polish delegations during international trade fairs and industry conferences and building professional contacts at these events;
  • organizing promotional activities a "focus" on Poland as part of key industry events, increasing the visibility of the Polish scene and its representatives;
  • organizing study visits for foreign curators, promoters and decision-makers who want to learn about Polish creators and the cultural ecosystem;
  • implementing artistic residencies in Poland and abroad, supporting cultural exchange, creative cooperation and the development of new projects;
  • initiating and running international formats of creative cooperation (e.g. composer camps, cooperative sessions) that develop competences, contacts and new repertoires;
  • developing cooperation with international networks and partnerships working for mobility, equality, creative freedom and cultural diplomacy;
  • providing expert support, including legal advice necessary in the processes of international cooperation and export activities.
