Education, professionalization and innovation in culture

Culture Hub Poland aims to improve professional and digital skills, foster cultural entrepreneurship, and promote innovative teaching methods and access to knowledge. This translates directly into an understanding of legal issues and a deepening of sales and marketing techniques, with particular emphasis on online tools, which are absolutely essential for functioning today.

The program includes activities including:

Creative Skills Academy (continuation of the Music Export Poland Academy program, implemented as a free, seven-week course covering key competence areas) – a modular educational program and microlearning for creators, managers and cultural leaders,
Mentor Hub – a program of individual consulting for artists and organizations, with the participation of industry experts,
educational and integration initiatives addressed to people and groups with limited access to culture,
industry workshops in the field of management, communication, copyright, marketing and digital tools,
online microlearning programs (courses, podcasts, interactive lessons, certificates),
cooperation with art and business universities when creating common learning paths.
